Job Summary:
- Provide technical assistance, give online demonstrations and train customers. Collect and analyze requirements.
- Answer RFI requests and make sure contacts are followed up with on time.
- Provide POC to leads and precise, quick solutions to customers.
Requirements beforehand:
- outstanding in both spoken and written English
- adept in providing phone support to clients in the US and the UK
- possess at least six months of experience working with clients.
- Must be willing to relocate and work nights.
