Job Description: Through SIM – School for IT Infrastructure Management, Wipro Technologies has launched a ground-breaking paradigm in the realm of higher education in keeping with its innovative ethos. While working full-time at Wipro, the SIM program offers diploma holders the chance to earn a B. Tech in Information Systems from a university designated as an “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) by the Indian government. B. Wipro will provide funding for the tech degree. Through the provision of appropriate training in both platform and behavioral skills, Wipro can equip a select group of highly skilled Diploma holders with the necessary skills to navigate the ever-changing landscape of information technology.

Education and Credentials:
- 60% or more in a diploma program in computer science, information technology, electronics, or telecommunication; 50% or more in a 10% or 12% standard.
- The 48-month agreement duration begins on the date of joining. If the candidate quits the company before the 48 months is up due to a breach in the service agreement, they will be responsible for paying INR 75,000 pro rata.
- There can be a maximum of three years of educational gap, if any, from the tenth grade until graduation.
- There can be no breaks throughout graduation. Three years from the commencement of the course is when the degree is supposed to be finished.
- Regular full-time education is required for grades 10 through 12 and graduation, with recognition from the Indian federal and state governments.
- Applicants who completed their 10th or 12th grade coursework part-time, via mail, distance learning, or graduation are not eligible.
- Up to one backlog may be present until the evaluation procedure is completed. The offer is contingent upon the resolution of all backlogs at the time of the offer.
