Job Specifications
- Daily troubleshooting for user-reported incidents and problems, with prompt updates in the ticket logging tool
- Troubleshooting OS problems with desktop and laptop computers
- System, printer, and scanner installation, reinstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Install antivirus software and verify virus definition auto updates on desktops and laptops that have failed automatic updates.
- Reinstall or install software and applications.
- Install or configure email clients.
- Troubleshoot email clients.
- Handle IMACs (pre-approved, low impact – Install, Move, Add, and Change)
- Install approved patches into desktops and laptops that have failed automated updates
- Remove viruses from the corresponding desktops and laptops
- Build operating systems from approved images
- Ability to solve problems with laptop/desktop hardware from vendors such as Wipro, IBM, HP, and DellAbility to identify and resolve issues within service level agreements (SLAs) promptly; Ability to work with both local and global teams; Proactive and clear communication skills; Knowledge of quality and process; Ability to communicate well with clients; Willingness to work on shifts as needed by the project

- Troubleshoot email clients.
