Your Position and Accountabilities

We are looking for someone with experience in technology and business consulting to help us configure and deploy SaaS solutions for our clients. Consultants serve as intermediaries between technological solutions and business requirements. Your efforts will have a direct effect on the customer’s realized value and the relationship’s eventual success. To create and set up customer solutions, this person will collaborate closely with customers and the Apptio Field Delivery team. You are the ideal candidate if you are driven and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting!

Necessary Professional and Technical Experience

  • Assist and uphold clients who have deployed the Apptio SaaS solution, promptly addressing client concerns.
  • client operational management, such as assistance with data loading, upkeep and validation of dashboard and report outputs, etc.
  • Establish and preserve a strong rapport with customers to attain the maximum degree of satisfaction.
  • Work in a startup environment as a member of our extended support staff, going above and beyond for customers.
  • Utilize your expertise in IT settings, business analysis, and technical analysis to resolve challenging problems and advance best practices.
  • Work together with other business departments to satisfy customers.

Preferred Level of Professional and Technical Knowledge

  • understanding and use of relational database principles.
  • Basic knowledge of web development and programming languages, such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • competent in handling huge Excel data sets and swiftly identifying and fixing problems pertaining to data.
  • capable of finishing technical design through iterative mockups.
  • Particular expertise in the use of IT services and financial management, including handling capital and operational expenses, managing program portfolios, budgeting costs, and providing application and infrastructure support.
  • operational understanding of many IT infrastructure domains, such as virtual environments, data centers, servers, networks, and communications, as well as application development and maintenance.
