Job Summary:
To expand our development team, we are looking for a competent MEAN Stack Developer/Engineer. You will be in charge of planning, creating, and managing full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) as a MEAN Stack resource. Developing scalable and effective online apps with smooth front-end and back-end system interaction will be your main goal.
Accountabilities:
- Work together to comprehend project needs and convert them into elegantly designed and functional full-stack web applications with product managers, designers, and other developers.
- Write JavaScript (ES6+) code that is scalable, clean, and maintainable for the front-end and back-end parts of the MEAN stack.
- Utilize Angular or AngularJS to create user-friendly and responsive web interfaces.
- Node.js and frameworks like Express.js are used to design and implement backend services and APIs.
- Integrate and collaborate on data storage and retrieval with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Make ensuring that apps are responsive, high-performing, and of high quality by thoroughly testing and optimizing both the front-end and back-end.
- Fix and troubleshoot any problems or defects found during the testing or development stages.
- Work with session management, authentication and authorization systems, and security best practices.
- Take part in code reviews and offer helpful criticism to uphold the standards for code quality.
- Take an active part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile rituals when working in an agile development environment.
- For future reference, record application functionalities, development procedures, and code.
Conditions
- a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline (or comparable professional experience).
- a track record of success with the MEAN stack, which consists of MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node.js.
- strong grasp of the fundamentals of JavaScript (ES6+) and competence with front-end frameworks such as Angular or AngularJS.
- competent in using frameworks like Express.js and Node.js to create backend services and APIs.
- strong knowledge of web technologies, including responsive design, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with data structures, queries, and indexing; familiarity with NoSQL databases, ideally MongoDB.
- understanding of permission and authentication protocols like OAuth or JWT.
- Knowledge of agile development techniques and expertise with version control systems, such as Git.
- Capability to adequately express technical concepts and operate well in a team context.
