Essential:
- strong familiarity with the installation, configuration, architecture, and troubleshooting of AEM.
- solid knowledge of web technologies, such as HTTP, Java, Apache, and caching techniques.
- familiarity with scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, and Shell tools.
- expertise in evaluating system logs and performance indicators, as well as familiarity with monitoring technologies such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.

- Assure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) apps and infrastructure have high availability and dependability.
- Work together with the infrastructure and development teams to create, build, and manage safe and scalable AEM environments.
- Track system performance, resolve problems, and offer incident and outage root cause analysis.
- Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive chores and increase system efficiency.
- Participate in recurring drills and exercises and contribute to the creation of disaster recovery plans.
- Supervise the daily functioning of the application infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Oversee the installation, setup, and debugging of applications across a range of settings, including development, testing, and production.
- To guarantee system security and stability, carry out routine system maintenance, which includes installing patches, updates, and configuration modifications.
