What you will be doing
- Provides vital technical assistance to clients for the development of networks, hardware, and infrastructure.
- Works across technical domains, such as engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, systems documentation, and systems requirements data analysis.
- Examines user interfaces, maintains hardware, software, and network performance tuning, examines computer utilization and workload, maintains interfaces with external systems, and evaluates suggested system upgrades and changes.
- Identifies the issue and creates specifications and needs for the system.
- Improves current software systems and prepares necessary documentation, including program-level and user-level documentation.
- Uses a ticketing system and process to manage tasks and priorities.
- Works together with different parties to eliminate project roadblocks.
- resolves problems with networking, routing, and interconnection, including low- to mid-level application interaction and network device configuration.
- Takes part in the deployment, migration, and basic configuration of new or upgraded gear.
