Data Analyst Intern
The task of industrializing disruptive technologies will fall to the Airbus Innovation Center-India & South Asia. To do this, it will draw on the center’s robust engineering competencies and collaborate and leverage with a variety of dynamic external ecosystems, including established startups and MSMEs, national labs & universities, and strategic partnerships (customers, suppliers, etc.).The Innovation Center will concentrate on several technical fields, including autonomy, space technology, artificial intelligence, industrial automation, unmanned aerial systems, and decarbonization technologies. Working closely with all product owners, the Airbus Innovation Center intern data analyst will support the products by interpreting and analyzing data to derive insights for decision-making.
Your primary duties
- help with gathering, sanitizing, and classifying big datasets from numerous sources.
- Analyze exploratory data to find insights, trends, and patterns. Participating in the development, adjustment, and assessment of computer vision and machine learning models
- Aid in the creation and application of algorithms and data models.
- Work together as a team to properly visualize data and convey findings.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports based on analytical results. Participate in the workflow and data processing optimization.
- Recording your work, including experiments, code, and conclusions.
- Keep abreast of developments in data analytics technology and market trends.
Requirements
- Students in their third or fourth year of engineering, as well as third-year bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science or similar fields.
- Expertise in programming languages like SQL, R, or Python.
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization software (such as Tableau, Matplotlib, and Pandas).
- A GitHub profile of completed projects is requested. Experience working on computer vision and 3-D vision projects will be an added benefit. Participation in AI-based competitions like Kaggel with a high ranking is also encouraged.
- Possessing a working understanding of full-stack programming is beneficial.
