Summer research activities for AScI researchers
- The course “Get to know Finland.” This is a June-only course given.

Advantages
- Pay:-
- The department that will be hosting the students will hire them as research assistants. The pay is enough to cover all living expenses, including lodging.
- Based on experience and credentials, the remuneration is set by Aalto University’s salary structure.
- For bachelor’s degree holders, the minimum monthly wage is EUR 1800, or INR 1.6 lakhs, while it is higher for master’s degree holders.
2. Journey:-
- For travelers within or outside of Europe, a single set travel incentive is paid (EUR 400/800 or INR 37,000/72,000).
3. Housing and Moving:-
- Summer researchers that are chosen will have access to a wealth of documentation and AScI discussion groups. This contains information about housing, visas, and other aspects of relocating to and residing in Finland.
- All of these problems are directly resolved by AScI.
- A portion of accommodation is offered directly by student housing associations. A great alternative is to sublet from students who are leaving for the summer.
