Enterprise/ Client:
- minimal guidance-based customer contact.
- Recognizes functions, terminology (such as SOP, QC checklists), and domain processes and subprocesses.
- Regarding PV/Complaints Handling Employees in this position enter data into the appropriate Clinical/Safety database from source documents. The associate bears the responsibility of ensuring correctness and timely turnaround times when carrying out this task.
- Transactions that are more delicate or important are often handled by these associates.
CODING:
Comparable to PE
- Complete coding tasks on the given project on schedule and effectively.
Export coded medical terms from the coding platform and import uncoded terms - into the database.
- Management of Queries.
- Make a “New Term Request” and rank it.
- Execute the Dictionary Up Versioning task as needed.
CDM:
- Apart from study conduct, performs migrations, setups, and closeouts under the
- direction and quality assurance of the team lead.
- Peer QC for TJDA activities may be performed.
- Creates all study-related reports, status updates, and conducts all email correspondence and interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Task / Procedure:
- An attempt complex issues (procedures/processes) and, in rare circumstances, refers to the supervisor or line manager.
- Take care of transaction processing at the initial level.
- Respect quality standards and meet deadlines for volumes and targets. (Turn around time).
- Identify problems proactively.
- Participate in programs aimed at process improvement.
- Determine process changes and report them.
- Respect the relevant process’s mandatory industry regulations and compliance standards.
